For FIRST TIME STUDENTS, please arrive 30 minutes before class.
Please allow time to park, change and settle your mind before class.
Refrain from heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.
Drink plenty of water before class.
Water breaks are scheduled throughout class.
Wear light clothing.
Practice at least three (3) times per week for positive results.
Bottled water ($3) and mat rental ($2) are available. You may purchase a mat for $25.
